On September 7, 2011 We appointed Joseph Meuse as director and president and simultaneously resigned as directors and officers. Mr. Meuse has since appointed a sole director and resigned himself. Nur (Mike) Khafizov director and president and Debra Jones, vice president. They have assumed operating control in New York City and will be announcing business developments in the coming weeks.
They will be keeping some of the solar activities and doing some mining as well. Their office and contact details will be available shortly.
